Summer program

Summer Switzerland boarding school program is a mixture of amusing summer activities and hard work. Our School offers English and French language courses with the extended opportunity to play sports, participate in Swiss cultural activities and excursions around the region.

The understanding of other cultures, self development and a successful discovery of the world are possible when you speak the language. Therefore, students spend 20 hours weekly for French or English study in the classrooms. The qualified teachers use various methods to improve oral expressions, reading, writing and listening skills. Daily life situations, field trips, excursions to Lausanne and other regional museums and current affairs are subjects of language exercises. Summer school events’ schedule is based on the weather conditions and Swiss festivals. On Sunday and Wednesday afternoons we visit Switzerland cities and arrange various fun activities. Teachers make effort to interest students in arts and history while exploration of Lausanne, Montreux, Geneva museums and exhibitions. We develop ecological awareness of students’ during the railways journeys in the countryside.

Your summer stay in Switzerland will be enriched with trips to the most characteristic Swiss Alpine resorts, sports such as climbing, rafting, cycling, swimming under supervision of experienced guides and teachers. Open air barbecues are arranged in the evenings. Our enthusiastic and supporting team members accompany the students 24 ours a day and a permission to leave the campus is strictly governed.

The school enrolls boys and girls at the age of 12 to 19 for minimum two and maximum six weeks in July and August. The families and students can choose the dates of the summer program as they wish.

Financial conditions for summer Switzerland boarding school program are as follows:

The expenses include:
language and sport Switzerland boarding school classes, studying materials, activities outside the school, excursions, board and lodging, accident insurance and transfer from the school to Geneva airport on Saturdays. Individual pocket of money for the student must be deposited in the school safe after the arrival.

Boarding School rules:
The phone calls are only accepted during meal times (at breakfast, lunchtime, dinner) and students are encouraged to telephone their families. Students will be immediately expelled from the school in the case smoking, usage of alcohol. Students are only allowed to leave campus when no activity is taking place and under supervision of the teachers. Any pupil who leaves the school during the evening or the night without permission will be expelled without the right of re-enrollment again.

We advice our beloved students to bring with them a pair of tennis shoes and a tennis racket, a tracksuit, a swimming costume, a waterproof jacket, and warm closes for the evenings.

School provides for summer course students washing and ironing facilities, bed linen and towels, bathroom utilities and materials for the classes.
